I work with adult individuals, and couples. My approach is Integrative, and I can be active as well as directive.  I tailor my way of working to suit the client’s needs. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy in my method of work. I also use creative tools like art, working with dreams and visualisation. I use mindfulness and visualisation techniques to give you tools so that you can manage your stress and anxiety. I have substantial experience in helping people understand and consequently improve their self-worth.

Individual Therapy

One to one therapy is geared specifically to you and to your unique life experiences. It is usually once a week for 50 minutes.

Couple’s Therapy

Providing help, healing and growth for relationships.
